Deposit Requirements
To reserve your space we require a deposit of $5000 with the remainder payable 60 days before the trip. Invoices will be issued for your deposits, which will also indicate the remaining payment schedule. Receipts will be sent for both payments.  Please note that you can only come on a trip with us if you are paid up. Otherwise all monies paid will be forfeited and your space will be resold.

Payment Options
All funds are charged in CAN Dollars. We accept personal cheques for deposits or funds can be wired to our account in Canada. For payments in camp we take personal and certified cheques, Master and Visa card (3% service charge applies), bank drafts and cash.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations up to six months prior to your trip all funds minus an administration fee of 10% will be reimbursed. For cancellations within six months of your trip no funds can be reimbursed, however someone of your choice may be substituted. We highly recommend purchasing trip cancellation insurance.
